The project images shown represents the project upon its full completion. At present only some of the available Floor Space Index(FSI) is utilized. The promoter has planned to utilize additional FSI by availing TDR, Floating FSI, premium FSI etc. which may be available as per present DCR and in future on modification of Development Control Regulation.

Utilization of the FSI is a dynamic process and is carried out in multiple stages which will be updated on Maha RERA website upon registration of the project.
